COMPANY HEADSHOTS
5-9 people | $135 per person
10-19 people | $125 per person

Classic headshot session done at your office to capture headshots of your employees with a consistent look. Single location, single backdrop. Includes two high resolution digital files per person with basic editing (color correction, brighten eyes, soften wrinkles). All headshots must either be done in one session or a series of scheduled sessions (minimum of five per session) to receive discounted rates.
Sessions include setup and teardown plus a block of photography time based on the number of people. In the estimates below I’ve included a little more time than is usually needed so that no one will feel rushed during their headshot, and if we go a little over time that’s ok too!
Time Estimates:
Up to 12 people: 1.5 hours | Up to 24 people: 3 hours | Up to 45 people: 6 hours
COMPANY GROUP PHOTO
Up to 8 people – $225 (per photo)
Up to 18 people – $350 (per photo)
Over 19 people – $475 (per photo)
You can also save $100 per group photo when it’s booked along with four or more headshots.
SIGNATURE HEADSHOT
$300 per person
A step up from Classic Headshots, photos will be captured with a cinematic style and will incorporate the location as the backdrop. We will capture headshots, half body, and full body poses, and can utilize a few different nearby locations (time permitting). An individual session includes up to 60 minutes of photography* and three high resolution digital files with minor retouching.
5-9 people | $260 per person
10-19 people | $245 per person
20-29 people | $230 per person
30+ people | $215 per person
* Photography time will be increased as needed for multiple people done during one session. Each person will receive up to three digital files, additional files may be purchased for $75 each.
PERSONAL BRANDING SESSION
$795 per session
A custom photo session for you or your business highlighting who you are and what your company does, with multiple lighting styles, poses, locations, and wardrobe changes, up to eight high resolution digital images, and approximately four hours of photography time at your location.
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
Starting at $350 for events up to two hours long, then $150 per additional hour. Fee includes one photographer, post production color correction, file conversion, online delivery, and a Promotional, Digital Media, Print, and Marketing usage license.
Events on weekends, holidays, or that start after 7pm or before 6am may incur additional charges. Travel beyond 30 miles from Seguin / New Braunfels may incur a travel fee.
